Registration and licence, export rights, the company’s age and stated profile, whether the address matches real production, and whether it is a factory or a trading company.

Yes — the team is based in China. On site we photograph the workshops, machinery and warehouse; you get the photo report itself, not a summary of it.

That is the most common request. Send the company name and your correspondence — vetting does not require that we found them.

We say so plainly and explain what they are. The decision is then yours: find another maker, change the payment terms, or drop the deal.
