Logistics
Consolidation, routing, paperwork and shipment tracking.
The invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading describe one and the same batch — and a mismatch between them stops the cargo at the border. We prepare the whole set and reconcile it before dispatch.
The base set is a contract with a specification, a commercial invoice, a packing list and a transport document. Beyond that it depends on the goods and the country: certificates, permits, certificates of origin.
We help work out which ones your category and market require, and we deal with the certification bodies. Obtaining them is a procedure with its own timelines, and promising it “in a week” would not be honest.
The invoice answers “how many and at what price”; the specification answers “what exactly”. That is what you cite when the wrong thing arrives: without a description of materials, dimensions and contents there is nothing to argue from.
With the project, alongside the photo reports and the substantive correspondence. The point is that six months later you are not hunting for an invoice in a chat.
