Between payment and shipment there is usually silence, filled with promises over chat. We hold the schedule, photograph the production as it goes, and flag a slip while something can still be done about it.
At the schedule’s checkpoints rather than on a calendar: a “nothing has changed” report helps no one. If something goes off plan, we tell you outside the schedule.
We find the cause on site rather than over chat, and bring options: speed up a stage, split the shipment, change the maker. The decision stays yours.
