What we collect, why, and how it is stored.

Updated 7 September 2026

What data we collect

  • The name and contact method (Telegram or phone) you enter in the request form.
  • The description of your task and any files you attach to it.
  • Calculator inputs, if you used it and sent the estimate to a manager.
  • The page the request was sent from, and campaign tags if you arrived through a link carrying them.
  • A technical browser identifier in a cookie — it ties the conversation to your request.

Why

  • The only purpose is to answer your request and carry the work through: clarify the task, prepare an offer and run the project.
  • We do not sell or pass this data to third parties for advertising.

How it is stored

  • Requests and conversations are kept in our internal client system, which only staff can access.
  • Files are stored apart from the public site and are not indexed by search engines.
  • We keep the data while we work on your project and for a reasonable period afterwards, so the shipment history stays available.

Cookies

  • The site uses two technical cookies: one identifies the browser and links it to your request, the second appears once you sign in with a code from your email.
  • Neither can be read by scripts on the page. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Your rights

  • You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or require its deletion.
  • Write to us through any channel on the Contacts page — we reply and confirm what was done.
